Is my EDC** Colombia ticket included?
No. Priceless Events is an independent travel company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Insomniac Events™ or EDC™. Festival tickets are sold separately by the official ticketing partner — our packages cover the hotel, the shuttle and after-hours access.
Where does the festival shuttle depart from?
From your partner hotel in El Poblado or Laureles. It runs to the festival gates and back every festival night; exact departure times are shared with guests before the event by WhatsApp and email.
What do I receive after booking?
An instant order confirmation by email, followed by your hotel details, shuttle schedule and concierge contact before you travel.
Can I change the guest name on my booking?
Contact support with your order number and the updated traveler details and we will confirm whether the change can be made with the hotel.
Can I pay in installments?
Packages are paid in full at checkout. If you need a payment arrangement, contact support before booking.
Does the number of guests change the price?
Yes. Each package is priced per room for 5 nights and includes the shuttle and after-hours access for every guest, so the price updates with the guest count. Add rooms if your group needs more than one.
Is airport transportation from MDE (José María Córdova) included?
Airport transfers are not part of the package. Our concierge can point you to a trusted transfer option once you have booked.
Can our group book separate rooms and stay in the same hotel?
Yes. Book the rooms you need under one order, or message support after booking with your friends' order numbers and we will ask the hotel to place you together.
What support is available in Medellín during the week?
A bilingual team reachable by WhatsApp and email throughout EDC** week, plus staff coordinating each shuttle departure.
What happens if my plans change?
Contact support as soon as possible. Change and cancellation terms are set out on our Terms of Service page and depend on the hotel's policy for festival-week room blocks.
