Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pricelessevent.com and any booking you make with Priceless Media Group Inc., operating as Priceless Events ("Priceless Events", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What a package includes

Each EDC Colombia 2026 hotel package covers, for the dates shown on the product page:

• A room at the selected partner hotel for the nights stated (five nights unless the product page says otherwise), for the number of guests selected at checkout.
• Shuttle transportation between the partner hotel and the festival grounds on festival nights, in both directions.
• Access for the booked guests to the Medallo Mágico after-hours events held during EDC week.
• Bilingual concierge support by WhatsApp and email before and during the trip.

Packages do not include festival tickets, flights, airport transfers, meals (unless stated by the hotel), travel insurance, or anything not listed on the product page. Standalone shuttle passes, where offered, cover shuttle transportation only.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars per room and depend on the hotel, room type and number of guests selected. Add the number of rooms you need at checkout. The total, including any discount code applied, is shown before you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by Stripe. Discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, in which case we will contact you and offer a refund if you do not wish to proceed.

3. Booking confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after payment. Hotel details, the shuttle schedule and your concierge contact are sent by email before the event. Bookings are subject to hotel availability; in the rare event a booked room cannot be honored, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of the package price.

4. Guests, ages and conduct

The lead booker must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests on the booking. Guests must comply with the partner hotel's policies, local law and the rules of any venue or event. We and our partners may refuse service to anyone who is abusive, dangerous or in breach of these rules, without refund.

5. Changes and cancellations

Because rooms are blocked with the hotels specifically for festival week, package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable except as stated here or as required by law. Requests to change guest names, guest count or room type are reviewed case by case and depend on the hotel's policy; email us with your order number as early as possible. Bookings close on October 9, 2026. If the festival is cancelled or officially rescheduled, we will contact all guests with the options available, which may include rolling the package to the new dates or a refund of amounts we are able to recover from our partners.

6. Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for your passport, visa or entry requirements for Colombia, flights, and any health or vaccination requirements. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and personal belongings.

7. Our role and liability

Priceless Events arranges accommodation, transportation and event access provided by independent hotels, transport operators and event organizers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers, for the festival itself, or for delays, changes or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Website use

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. All site content, designs and branding belong to Priceless Events or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We may suspend access to anyone who misuses the site.

9. Communications

By booking or submitting a form you agree to receive booking-related emails and, where you have opted in, SMS messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first with any dispute; we will try to resolve it promptly. Any claim that cannot be resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
