This Privacy Policy explains how Priceless Media Group Inc., operating as Priceless Events ("Priceless Events", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit pricelessevent.com, request a discount code, or book a festival weekend in Colombia 2026 travel package with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a discount code, contact us, or make a booking, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, the guests and rooms you are booking, and any message you send us. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links) through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels from Google and Meta. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

Information from your messages. If you reply to our emails or text messages, or write to us on WhatsApp, we keep those conversations so we can help you with your trip.

2. How we use your information

• To process and confirm your booking, coordinate your hotel stay, shuttle and after-hours access, and provide concierge support before and during your trip.
• To send you the discount code or information you asked for.
• To send booking-related messages: confirmations, itinerary details, shuttle schedules and important updates about the event week.
• With your consent, to send marketing messages about Priceless Events offers and updates by email and SMS. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices").
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text messaging (SMS) consent

When you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Priceless Media Group at the phone number you provided. Non-marketing messages relate to your booking and discount code; marketing messages, where you have separately consented, include offers, discounts and event updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Hotels and service partners — the partner hotel you booked and the shuttle and event partners who deliver your package receive the guest details they need to host you.
• Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), our customer relationship and messaging platform, email and SMS delivery, website hosting and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Advertising partners — Google and Meta receive limited pixel data (such as pages viewed and purchase events) to measure our ads.
• Legal — when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and pixels for site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect the checkout experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

6. Data retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to deliver your trip, handle any dispute, and meet accounting and legal requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

7. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep certain booking records as described above.
• Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the EU/EEA, UK, Colombia and several US states) may have additional rights under local law; we will honor those requests where they apply.

8. International transfers

Priceless Events is based in the United States and delivers services in Colombia. Your information may be processed in the United States, Colombia and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.

Priceless Events is an independent travel and hospitality company. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any festival organizer or promoter. Festival tickets are not included in our packages.
