Questions

Are festival tickets included?

No. Priceless Events is an independent travel and hospitality company and does not sell festival tickets. Buy those from the official festival site; we handle the hotel, transport and parties.

Do I have to stay all five nights?

No. Every package is sold as five nights so the room is yours for the whole week, but you can arrive later or leave earlier at the same price.

How does per-guest pricing work?

Package prices are shown per person with the room at full occupancy; the room total is what you pay at checkout. Each guest sharing the room adds $1,700 at the Dann Carlton hotels or $1,400 at the boutique hotels, covering their shuttle, party access and support. Hotel only is one price per room for the full stay, for any number of guests up to capacity.

Is Medellín safe for this?

Every hotel is in El Poblado, Laureles or right at the stadium, the shuttle is private and runs all night so nobody hails street taxis, and a bilingual team is on WhatsApp 24/7.

What if my plans change?

Contact the concierge line in your confirmation as early as possible; we will do what the hotel block allows.
