What is included inside each official hotel package?

Can I split payments with my travel group or roommates?
Yes. When reserving a 2-person or 4-person suite, our checkout platform allows you to lock the room with an initial deposit and split the remaining balance equally among room members with dedicated payment links.
When will I receive my formal hotel check-in confirmation and room voucher?
Instant booking confirmations are emailed immediately upon checkout. Official hotel confirmation numbers and digital check-in vouchers are distributed 21 days prior to festival check-in.

How do private shuttles operate and what are the departure frequencies?
Shuttles run on continuous loops every 15-20 minutes starting 2 hours prior to festival gate openings until 90 minutes after the final stage performance ends.
