Yes, a 24-hour private shuttle is included with every hotel package. You can also buy it a-la-carte if you booked your room elsewhere.
Where does it pick up?
Door to door at your hotel. Boarding points and the schedule are confirmed with your trip details about two weeks out.
Does it run to the parties too?
Yes. It runs to the festival and back, and to the late-night parties, so you have a safe ride the whole weekend.
