No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility & age restrictions
- Minimum Age: This Sweepstakes is open exclusively to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Geographic Constraint: Entrants must reside outside of the Republic of Colombia and must be traveling from outside of Colombia to claim and utilize the prize package.
- Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Prize package details (“Prevail Medallo Mágico VIP package”)
The grand prize winner will receive a promotional travel package consisting of:
- Lodging: One (1) hotel room for up to two (2) people at the Dann Carlton Exclusive.
- Festival Access: Two (2) general admission tickets to the EDC festival.
- Exclusive Party Access: Two (2) All-Access “Prevail Medallo Mágico” passes, granting entry to four (4) EDC pre-parties and all Prevail afterhours events at the Dann Carlton Exclusive.
- Transit: Ground shuttle transportation to and from all designated pre-parties, afterhours parties, and the festival grounds.
3. Third-party disclaimers & non-affiliation
- Independent Promotion: This Sweepstakes is a 100% independent third-party travel package promotion.
- No Official Affiliation: This promotion is not in any way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or represented by Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Insomniac, or any of their parent, subsidiary, or partner entities. All trademarks and logos remain the sole property of their respective owners.
4. Behavioral disclaimers & assumption of risk
- Party and Travel at Your Own Risk: The winner and their guest assume 100% personal responsibility for their safety, well-being, and personal choices throughout the duration of the trip, transit, and events.
- Responsible Consumption: The Sponsor is entirely cleared of liability for any actions, accidents, illnesses, or legal issues arising from the winner’s or guest’s personal behaviors. Entrants are expressly reminded to drink, gamble, eat, and recreate responsibly.
- No Responsibility: The Sponsor, its organizers, and its vendors are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, illness, or theft occurring during travel, at hotel properties, or inside event venues.
5. Privacy policy & data sharing standard
- Service-Fulfillment Sharing Only: By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be safely handled in accordance with our standard Privacy Policy.
- Strict Constraint: We strictly only share personal data with necessary third-party partners (such as hotel lodging operators, ticketing verification systems, and transit vendors) exclusively to render the promotional services and fulfill the prize delivery. Your data will never be sold to third-party advertisers.
6. Non-supersede & governing law
- No Superseded Terms: The provisions within this Sweepstakes document do not supersede, bypass, or replace the traditional terms and conditions required for standard attendees, ticket holders, or hotel guests on our platform.
- Regulatory Compliance: All standard regular platform rules, hotel regulations, venue codes of conduct, and international travel and immigration laws apply.
- Prize Forfeiture: Any violation of local Colombian travel laws, immigration restrictions, venue rules, or standard platform regulations will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize package without compensation.
